Things I like
Books, games, tools I personally like, use and found value in as a designer.
Books
The benefits of reading are undeniable from enhancing knowledge to reducing stress, pure enjoyment and more... I usually read to learn from authors' years of experience in a few hours (books are such treasures in this manner) or get inspired by fiction characters' stories. Here I wanted to share some of my favourite books that have had a big impact on my life. I hope you will find them useful as well.

Hardware
Equipment I use day to day in my office.
-
I tried many other keyboards and always ended up going back this slim, smooth one.
-
Not a popular opinion among designers : ) but I like love its design and gestures.
-
Comfort, sound quality, noise cancelation, gesture support, the list goes on. to many more years with this headphone.
-
The one and only Apple Macbook pro for design and development work.
-
This is where the Apple ecosystems shines. This may not be giving high quality sound like the Sony headphone above, but the convenience is incomparable.
-
OK, the machine itself is not in my office : ) but the certainly the coffee from it. Especially Espresso, Long Coffee and Macchiato. A designer's fuel : )
Applications
Applications I use and love in my personal and professional life.
-
This is my first suggestion when someone non-technical asks for advice on how to build a website. My wife is running her blog via Squarespace. Peace of mind solution.
-
Once I built a landing page with Webflow. It was very enjoyable. Since then I have been looking for an excuse to use it again.
Games
Here is some me-time stuff : ) Relaxing and getting inspired, lost in the magical world of games. Btw, I'm using PlayStation 5 for gaming.
-
My favourite game of all time! The lore, the gothic atmosphere, the challenging gameplay... An unforgettable experience.
-
Challenging yet rewarding experience in this magical fantastical world.
-
You died, You died, You died... YES! I did it.
-
An epic journey of a father and son in this mesmerising and dangerous world.
-
Love or hate how the story evolved, you gotta respect the masterpiece creation from NaughtyDog. Joel and Ellie are not like generic game characters, but real living people you actually care about. A must have experience for Playstation owners.
-
A good example of not needing a AAA game budget to make a good game. A captivating story, likeable characters, impressive world building...
